Security cameras and cables worth Rs 10 lakh stolen from Lahore's Gaddafi Stadium, posing potential safety concerns for upcoming Pakistan Super League 2023

Image
The ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2023 is taking place in Karachi and Lahore, with matches scheduled in both cities until the 20th league stage fixture. Lahore is scheduled to host its first fixture on February 26, but the Gaddafi Stadium suffered a setback when security cameras, cables, and batteries worth Rs 10 lakh were stolen before the match. The stadium is set to host four matches during this phase of the tournament. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has taken notice of the theft and registered a case. The incident has raised concerns about the safety and security of the stadium and the tournament as a whole. The first match of the season in Lahore between Lahore Qalandars and Peshawar Zalmi will kick off at 7:30 PM IST on February 26. Following this match, the stadium will host Islamabad United, Quetta Gladiators, and Multan Sultans on February 27, March 1, and 4, respectively. BJP and allies to retain Tripura, Meghalaya and Nagaland

Image
It's important to remember that exit polls are not always accurate, and the actual election results could differ from what the exit polls predict. However, if these exit polls are correct, it would be a significant development for the BJP and its allies in the northeast region of India. Winning in Tripura and Nagaland, and increasing its share of seats in Meghalaya, would give the BJP greater political influence and representation in the region. For the Congress, if the exit polls are accurate, it would be a major setback, particularly in Meghalaya, where it was the single-largest party in the previous election. Winning only one seat in Nagaland would also be a disappointment for the party. However, it's important to wait for the actual election results before drawing any definitive conclusions. Russia offers joint development of Amur-1650-like submarine with 80% localization for India's Project 75

Image
Russia is offering to jointly develop a non-nuclear submarine with India based on the Russian Amur-1650 submarine. This offer comes after Russia stated that it would not be bidding for India's P-75I diesel submarine project. The proposal includes a localization level of up to 80%. India issued an RFP to five foreign contenders, including Russia, in 2021 for the development of diesel-electric submarines under the P-75I project. The offer from Russia to jointly develop a submarine with India based on the Amur-1650 could be an alternative solution for India's P-75I project. It remains to be seen how India will respond to Russia's proposal and whether it will affect India's plans for the P-75I project. It is also unclear what the terms and conditions of the joint development agreement between Russia and India would be if it were to go forward. It seems that the P-75I project's future is uncertain after most foreign manufacturers, including Rus

Climate change refers to the long-term warming of the planet due to the increase in greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. These greenhouse gases, such as carbon dioxide, methane, and water vapor, trap heat from the sun and cause the earth's temperature to rise. This warming can lead to a variety of impacts, including rising sea levels, more frequent and severe heatwaves and storms, and changes in the availability and distribution of water. Human activities, such as burning fossil fuels and deforestation, are the main drivers of climate change. Donald Trump Tax returns reveal a major event

Image
Donald Trump Tax returns revelations have came at a time when there is major tussle going on between Republicans and Democrats.  Donald Trump, the 45th president of the United States, has a history of refusing to release his tax returns, breaking with a tradition followed by presidents and presidential candidates for decades. Trump has cited ongoing audits as the reason for not releasing his tax returns, but he has provided no evidence to support this claim. Trump's tax returns have been the subject of much speculation and controversy. In September 2020, The New York Times published an investigation into Trump's tax returns, which revealed that Trump had paid no federal income taxes in 10 of the previous 15 years. The report also showed that Trump had received hundreds of millions of dollars in loans that he later forgiven, and that he had engaged in questionable tax schemes, including taking large deductions for consulting fees that appeared to be paid to his daugh
