Mishra. Members: There are up to four Members in TRAI, including a Member (Telecom), a Member (Finance), a Member (Broadcasting & Cable Services), and a Member (Consumer Affairs). The Members of TRAI are also appointed by the President of India. Secretary: The Secretary to TRAI is the chief executive of the organization and is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Authority.
