Just I opened Twitter, Disha Patani was trending. I was shocked for a while she was trending but then I got to know she's trending because she had shot an advertisement alongside Varun Dhawan.  I know, you might be thinking if this is a reason to trend on twitter but they are trending and it seems as they are trending not because of People are talking about them but because they have Paid decent amount.  This was echoed by several other people on Twitter.
