Astra BVRAAM  The New Version of the ASTRA will be a Beyond Visual Range Air to Air Missile. It will have IR seeker. It range will be 500 m to 60 km, which is less than the ASTRA Mk1 or Mk2.  It will start its trails in 2022.  2. On Ladakh visit, PM Modi strongly spoke against China and praised the determination of Indian soldiers to protect their land. PM Modi also referred to the violent clash between soldiers of India and China at Galwan on 15 June and paid his tributes to soldiers who laid down their lives to protect the Borders of India.  In a strongly worded speech, he also told that ' our enemies have got the taste of our fire and fury.' To boost the morale of the Soldiers braving their lives in Ladakh, he mentioned that ' your ( soldiers) courage is higher than the heights where you are posted.'  PM Modi underscored that we always wants peace in the World but we also know to protect ourselves and our Territory. PM Modi, without naming China, said that the era of Expansionism is over and the Expansionist will Fail at all cost.
